Thanksgiving was awesome. I didn't come home last year, so I never realized how short Thanksgiving break was. It was definitely worth it though. I really hadn't been able to get away from MIT much this term and I probably really needed to.

I went to Tim's house for Thanksgiving (which my family does every year except I didn't go last year). Friday, I played some badminton with the new awesome racquet my mom brought back from Taiwan. Later checked out Torrey 03's Convoy hangout with my bro. Saturday, watched Master and Commander with Ben. Later had dinner with Joanna's family.

Didn't do anywork. I may be screwed.

Chasing the sunset on the first flight. Got to see the rare green hue. Normally, on the ground, the spectrum of the sky when the sun sets has all the colors except green. But from the window of my first flight, they sky was very green. And so beautiful.

Then they played Scrubs on the second connection as well as having my own row of seats. It was a good flight.

The movie was Charlies Angels 2, in which I discovered that my phone is in the movie. I also bought a Maxim to read on the plane and discovered several ads for my phone in there too. Conclusion: my phone is better than your phone.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Happily gave some blood to those vampires known as the American Red Cross.

I filled the bag extremely fast as usual. The tech didn't even have time to finish setting up the next person. She was pretty surprised. The line was so long though. Had to wait 75 min so I could give blood for like 5 minutes.

The shirt they gave out is really cute. A red drop of blood dressed as a pilgrim with the title THANKSforGIVING.

Beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Perfect for playing sports....indoors. My Sunday routine has become: (1) wake up. (2) play badminton at Rockwell until 4. (3) zone out for a while. (4) eat dinner. (5) attempt to do work. (6) pass out.

Tonight is an exception. I'm going to play badminton again at 7:30PM for the CSC IM team.

Happy Birthday Tyler

Hope you had a good one even though I didn't figure it out until now.

Cowkitty, I don't know how Xbox live rankings would work out for you.

I feel that if there actually were Xbox live for minesweeper, I could load up a ghost of my no flags expert or any of my other games and truely check how I rank. That would be cool. As in, I feel that it is correct to say, I play a no flags game faster than almost everyone's regular times.

Depression is looking at the clock and seeing that it's only 4:30 and the sky is already dark.

Relief is looking out the window and seeing the sky is already dark and then realizing it's not as late as you think.

The good RStevens, most well know for Diesel Sweeties, asked his readership to link him. Well, he's already on my links page. But here he is again:

Bday shoutout to fellow SD-er...

Happy Birthday Jiwon/Tiffany!

I am a deist. Religious extremists/supremacists make me angry.

But not as angry as AT&T does. As you may know, I hate spam just as much as the next guy. Now I hate AT&T too. Penny Arcade got it right as usual.

Drink Tunnel Energy cause it gives you energy to drive cars which we all know takes an extraordinary amount of energy.

So this guy wants to trade me something called Tunnel Trance Force for some of my DJ Doboy mixes. Except he wants to talk to me but doesn't want to use AIM and I don't want to use MSN. I want to see if this is worth it, so I find the Tunnel website and apparently they started selling a retarded energy drink along with trance compilations.

Not too keen on long mixes unless it's DJ Doboy. So this deal is probably a no go.

Currently trying to get the new DJ Doboy - Trancequility 28

I need someone unstable to tell me it will all be ok. I consider myself stable and I'm not even sure if it'll be ok. So the only way to convince me that everything will work out, is if someone with more problems that I have to tell me.

In other news, today was so nice. No clouds in the nice blue sky. I bit of wind, but not too cold. It's probably the last nice day that Boston will have for a while.

13 hours.

My phone is my best friend and he's better than you're best friend.

My T616 beats Greg's T226 and Liz's T306. But the new P900 and Z600 series the definite beat me.

Accessories wishlist: handsfree | music

In other news, I get way too much email. I don't check it for a few hours and 40 messages. I have to check every few hours or my mailbox dies. I might have twice that amount without spamfiltering.

In birthday news,
Happy Birthday, Margaret!

I'm helping out with Theta Playstation. So...

live you your world....play in theirs

My habits haven't really changed since this happened to me.

I still post whatever, but sometimes they call and tell me that I shouldn't make something public or to go to sleep earlier cause the timestamp on my posts are 4AM or something. I haven't onioned in a while. It takes too much reading compared to webcomics.

No gel on my head today. Hair product less without getting the Asian fro = really need a haircut. (Yes, I have yet to get this haircut cause I'm lazy or busy or both. Yeah, probably just lazy.)

Yay, there's finally bubble tea on campus. At Simmons and from CSC (but only every other week.)

Now we just need a Starbucks closer than Central or Kendall Square and all my drink needs are fulfilled. Ping Ping Chai opened a shop in Simmons (and sells at LSC) after failing to win the old Coffeehouse space in the Student Center. Gong Ke, PPC owner, is an MIT alum. She's really nice and even gave out free boba for CSC rush. We've been considering Cassava and Lollicup for CSC sales but I actually think that we maybe should sell from PPC because they are so close (i.e. easy pickup/no cars). Then again, we would be stealing her business and people could just go to her shop for fresh tea. Maybe we could negotiate a discount for CSC card holders.

Thanks for going with me Alice even though you though I said ping pong rather than Ping Ping

I got spam titled "Pay Per View 4 Free".

The 'pay' and the 'free' cancel out so it's sort of just "View". It's a signal descrambler and they stand their product 200% because 100% is just too little. And it's not free. The stupid fools. You still have to pay for something, thus causing infinitely more cost than free.

Some spam backdated to July 15 also came through as well as some spam from the future. I hate spam and life.

Finally got episode 9 of The OC.

The dearth of Asians at the school bothers me. Almost no school in Cali has no Asians. Even private schools for the rich white kids. Cause I know there's going to be at least a few Asian parents who are anal enough to get their kids into it because they think their education would be lacking if they didn't go to that school.

Happy Birthday Valerie!

Everyone just needs to shut up. I mean, I don't want you to say anything. Not even if you liked it or not. Not even that you sent to see it. Not even that you've even heard of a movie titled Matrix Revolutions.

Basically every college student in Boston either saw it on sneak preview Tue. or opening night Wed. And I haven't. So I need you to be quite. Yes, you and you and you and you....

I rock at minesweeper.

New flags expert time: 102.

Thats just 7 sec off of my best expert time. 4 more seconds and I beat Julie's "with flags" time like I said a while ago.

Bday shoutout:

Happy Birthday Tingting!

Check out this 10 Second Film titled "morning". This is me in the morning except with the time being about 3-4 hours later.

In other news,

10,000 hits!!!

On my personal website. Counting before and after sitemeter sign up that is. An amazing 1650 hits in October. Many of them since I added my counter to my xanga site and actually update it about a month and a half ago. Sites run by me, received over 6250 hits in the past two months. Crazy!

Watched X-men 2 over the weekend. Really good quality part 1 but very bad and Chinese subbed part 2. Got a better part 2 today.

If that truly is a Blackbird the X-men are flying, then that missile would never be able to hit them and those planes would not be able to catch it. The blackbird can essentially outrun almost anything that can be shot at it. As well as having a extremely low radar profile. Considering improvements such as Cyclops' motorcycle, it should have basically been impossible for conventional airfighters to engage it.

In the end, couldn't Iceman have frozen the dam to prevent it from breaking? Or frozen the water coming at them? It's the Phoenix saga. But there' we definitely other ways to have resolved the problem.

Me.

Phantom Planet - California.
My brudder sent it to me last year right before going back to Cali. I thought it was ok. But now, I miss Cali a lot and it's the theme song of The OC.

The OC makes me miss Cali. I mean it's mostly very fake but I did go to Torrey, which is even richer than Newport Beach. But I was always too much of a nerd for anything like the OC to happen. Damn that's too pathetic. More like didn't happen often.

This place sucks. I'm still missing my planner but I feel better because at least I have applied to some UROPs and an externship. I still don't know what I'm doing. I just feel like I'm existing and everything happens around me.

Fumble blindly as we speak
You will wither if you are weak
Finger turns and points at me
I'd hoped they wouldn't notice me

Will I ever return?
Will I ever get back?
Are the rocks too high?
Has the dust turned black?

Solid boned skeleton key
Opens the most intricate locks
Brother roll another for me
I am shipwrecked on the rocks
